“I think that the opposition to call for the show to be cancelled will end the employment of several African-American women who have no creative control. Why not call out the people who make the decisions about what is aired. Call out Shed Media. Call out VH1 because I will join that battle,” Tami told S2S. “Why call for several people to be unemployed that really have nothing to do with the creative process?”

TLC will be reuniting for a U.S. concert tour later this year — and TMZ has learned, the late Lisa “Left Eye” Lopes will be making a special appearance.
The group’s rep confirms Tionne “T-Boz” Watkins and Rozonda “Chilli” Thomas are currently in the planning stages of a massive 2012 reunion tour in the U.S. 5 major cities have already been booked — and even more are in the works.

Today marks the 10th anniversary since we lost Lisa ‘Left Eye’ Lopes.
Chilli and T-Boz did an exclusive with Essence, and below are some excerpts. They talk about the day Left-Eye died, the biggest misconception about Left Eye, and the VH1 TLC biopic they currently have in the works.
ESSENCE.com: Today marks 10 years since we lost Lisa “Left Eye” Lopes in a tragic car accident. What do you remember about that day?
T-BOZ: She died a day before my birthday. I remember everything. I was with security in my Porsche and I said to them, “I feel like I’m going to get in a wreck and I want to go home.” The driver said: “Well, that’s on the other side of town.” I didn’t care; I wanted to go home. I just felt something was going to happen to me, but it wasn’t me — it was Lisa. I was sitting in a rocking chair in my daughter’s room after putting her down when I got a call from Chilli. She was screaming. I had just gotten out the hospital from fighting sickle cell so I had to be careful about getting upset. Everybody was trying to keep me calm. Wait, there’s more…
