First TMZ reports on Rihanna giving a fan a tattoo a few weeks back, illegally we should add… now Swizz Beatz has been inspired to start tattooing… Swizz posted some pics of him giving Eve a Tat last night…… not bad, but I want to make sure my tattoo artist is licensed and does this for a profession…
