Total Rewards really went all out to launch their Total Rewards Escape campaign. Kicking  it off on March 1 with major concerts in 4 cities- L.A., CHICAGO, NOLA, and NYC.

Total Rewards really gave us the ultimate concert experience, with  Cee-Lo  & Lil’ Wayne in L.A., Mary J Blige and Gavin Degraw in NOLA, Maroon 5 & Sarah Bareilles in Chicago, and of course Mariah Carey & Diddy in NYC!! The NYC show was hosted by Mel B aka: Scary Spice.

Some of the celebs I personally spotted at the NYC show, were some of the ‘Mob Wives’, Stephen Hill of BET, video director-Chris Robinson, just to name a few. Wait, there’s more…

Testing, testing, 1 2, 1 2, is anyone there?

Heeeyyyyyy y’all. Happy, Happy 2012. I know I’ve been M.I.A. for the past few months, on a hiatus that lasted much longer than planned. I guess I just needed a break to figure some stuff out

During my hiatus just so you know, I’ve relocated from the ATL back up North, but no worries, I’m going to keep you up to date with all the BUZZ worthy from city to city.

If you’re a fan of BUZZ FB PAGE  (Uhhmmmmmmm, I really hope you are because some goodies are coming soon, exclusively for my FB fam), you would know I tried to keep y’all in the loop of some of what’s been happening in the past few months.

Anywho, I’m back, ready to give my .02 cents on all that’s poppin’ in the world of celebrity & lifestyle, and I hope my BUZZ fam is ready to rejoin your girl on this ride.

I had such a great time chatting it up with Sierra Symone, and hearing what she has going on since her MTV days. When daddy Cee Lo got to the studio, he kicked it with us for a bit, discussing what he thinks about his daughter and her doing her music thing, giving his thoughts about the industry, on appealing to pop vs urban markets, and of course talking about his new show “The Voice”.

You guys may remember Cee Lo’s daughter Sierra from the 2005 MTV’s ‘My Super Sweet 16″, and the spinoff in 2008-’Exiled’.

Well, I had the opportunity this past Wednesday-May 18, to catch up w/ Sierra, who’s all grown up now, a mom to her son True Fighter, and is working on new music, her makeup company- ‘Kiss & Makeup’ (she’s done makeup for Tyler Perry’s plays and her own in the video),  & more.

I hung out with her and her dad in Cee Lo’s studio here in ATL, and got the chance to hear all that Sierra has going on.

Her dad even spoke briefly about being nominated for a BET AWARD in the R & B category…

This past weekend, the 2010 BET Hip Hop Awards officially transformed Hotlanta into “Black Hollywood” as the city was overwhelmed with industry events, parties and soirées to celebrate an occasion that has been an ongoing tradition in Atlanta for the past few years. On Friday—the eve of the BET Hip Hop Awards— The Buzz in the City had the opportunity to catch a glimpse of the “luxuriousness” as Belvedere Vodka, Interscope Geffen A&M Records and Zone 4 presented “An Evening of Luxury” in the heart of the city at Ventanas downtown. The house was indeed packed as this rooftop setting overlooked the beautiful Atlanta skyline and welcomed some of the music industry’s most influential figures—including an infinite list of record label executives and celebrity guests such as Keri Hilson (Zone 4/Interscope Records), 106 & Park’s Terrance J and Rocsi, Mika Means, Flo Rida, Dondria, Rasheedah and many more to celebrate the launch of Belvedere’s newest addition, Belvedere Intense Unfiltered. “The Candy Shop” is one of Kontrol Magazine’s annual fashion show events that features upcoming designers and models. This past Thursday night,  Kontrol’s “candyland” event took place @ The Jungle Nightclub here in ATL, by fusing amazing lighting and sound, with tasty treats and cocktails and of course…fashion. Hosted by Bianca Golden of America’s Next Top Model and featuring special guests that included the OMG Girlz, Chilli, Chris Tavarez, Princess, Ray Lavender, Diosa and many others. The red carpet was hosted by Tammie Reed of “Talking with Tami”.
